Administrative fines to be imposed on employees without work permit and the ones who violate the obligation of notification:
Employers who are employing foreigners without a work permit - for the year 2018 is 7130 TL and for the year 2019 is 8821 TL (for each foreigner)
Worker who works for an employer without a work permit for the year 2018 is 2851TL and for the year 2019 is 3527 TL
Worker who works independently without a work permit for the year 2018 is 5704 TL and for the year 2019 is 7057 TL
In 2018, 475 TL fine is imposed for each foreigner who works independently with an and indefinite leave and also employers who employ foreigners and do not fulfil the obligation of notification within the required period.
